Terms of Service
These Terms are an agreement between you and Torro (mytorro.com), Los Angeles, California, USA (“Torro”, “we”). By using Torro you agree to them. If you use Torro for a band, DJ project or venue, you agree for that profile too and confirm you may act for it.
1. Who can use Torro
You must be at least 13 years old (16 where local law requires it for consent to data processing). One person, one account. Keep your email safe — signing in works with a one-time code sent to it, or with the Google account that uses that email.
2. Profiles, crews and roles
Bands, DJs and venues are run by crews. Admins manage the crew, roles, offers and Pro; Editors take part. The last Admin of a profile must hand the role over before leaving or deleting their account.
3. Your content
You keep the rights to what you post. You confirm you own it or may share it, and you give Torro a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, show, adapt to screen sizes and share it inside Torro and on links people share, for as long as it is on Torro. You can delete your content at any time.
4. Rules
Follow the Community rules. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break them or the law, and we tell you why unless the law or safety stops us.
5. Offers, deal memos and gigs
Torro helps bands, DJs and venues find each other, send offers and write a deal memo. Torro is not a party to any agreement between them, is not an agent or employer, and does not guarantee that a gig happens, that a fee is paid or what a venue or artist is like. Payment for gigs happens outside Torro. Cancellations are shown on profiles as a ratio over the last 12 months.
6. Unofficial pages
Torro may show pages for bands, artists and venues built only from public facts, clearly marked “Unofficial”. The real owner can claim the page or ask us to remove it; we remove it within 48 hours and do not recreate it.
7. Torro Pro
Pro is a paid subscription for a band, DJ or venue profile, monthly or yearly. It renews automatically until cancelled; you can cancel any time and keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for. Prices are shown before you pay and include or exclude taxes as stated. Payments are processed by our payment provider; Torro never stores card numbers. Except where the law gives you a right to a refund, payments are not refundable.
8. Copyright and reports
If you believe something on Torro infringes your rights, report it from the ⋯ menu or write to legal@mytorro.com with the link, what it infringes and your contact details. We act on valid notices (DMCA in the US, the Digital Services Act in the EU) and repeat infringers lose their accounts.
9. Third-party services
Torro shows players and content from other services (for example Spotify, YouTube, SoundCloud, Deezer, KLIPY for GIFs) and links to ticket sellers. Their own terms apply to them.
10. Ending
You can delete your account in Settings → Account; it is removed 30 days later. We may suspend or end accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these Terms.
11. Disclaimers and liability
Torro is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, Torro is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for what users do, or for gigs, fees or agreements between users; our total liability is limited to what you paid Torro in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.
12. Law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Los Angeles County, California, have jurisdiction, unless the law of your country gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.
13. Changes
We tell you in the app before important changes take effect. Questions: support@mytorro.com · Legal: legal@mytorro.com.
